We accept properties under the below criteria:
For the HMO’s.
Minimum 3 beds up to 5 beds, where the living room will be converted into another bedroom, places with more than 5 beds we may not need to convert the lounge into another bedroom.
Our needs for Serviced Accommodation are the following.
Properties with 1 to 2 beds we will be renting as a whole apartment and the lounge we won’t be converting into another bedroom so open plan kitchen are more than welcome.
From 3 beds up to any numbers of bedrooms, we will be renting as for rooms basis

If the property is suitable we will arrange a mutually convenient time to view the property and discuss the terms.
We will draw up a management contract between ourselves and you to detail the specific terms and conditions. Remember that everything we offer is free and will be available at no cost to you.
If required we will undertake light refurbishment to bring the property up to standard at our own cost. We can also furnish your property at our own cost.
Once the contract starts, we will pay your rent monthly as agreed in our terms, no matter whether your rooms are filled.
Throughout the term of the rent, we will assume the role of managing the property for you and undertake basic maintenance* at our own cost. So it will be hassle free and cost efficient for you.
At the end of the term, you can decide whether to renew the rent with us.
If you decide to take back the property, we will return the property back to you at the same condition or better.
*Basic maintenance does not cover structural, boiler, sewerage and central heating repairs. We would advise that you take out a building and boiler insurance.
